Curious Coffee Company -- Located in the capital hill area of Denver, the Curious Coffee Company is owned and operated by Brian and Addie Johnson and family. The Johnsons offer a variety of fresh pastries along with bagels, biscotti and cookies. While visiting Colorado's capital, be sure to visit the Curious Coffee Company.

Brewed Awakenings -- Located in Aurora, the "Gateway to the Rockies." Brewed Awakenings is owned and operated by Kirk and Kori Halverson and Cindy Wilaby, three siblings with a knack for making you feel at home. Brewed Awakenings is part of the Buckingham Village Shopping Center. Kori makes two kinds of scones each day. Brewed Awakenings also supports other family owned businesses by offering wonderful local treats.

Terra of the Earth Coffee House -- Located in Lakewood, Terra of the Earth is owned and operated by Sarah Cline. This coffeehouse has two distinctly different personalities. During the day, bright and homey, at night it is full of music and high energy. People of all ages feel right at home at Terra of the Earth Coffee House.

Cup and Chaucer -- Located in Conifer, the Cup and Chaucer is owned and operated by Lynne Cleary, a Colorado resident of 20 years who grew up in England. A selection of Colorado and local books is stocked, as well as books of more general interest. The Cup and Chaucer is the regular meeting place of the Conifer Book Club and Ladies Investment Group.

Gold Rush Coffee -- Located in Estes Park, Gold Rush Coffee is owned and operated by Lynn Roberts and Tom Hamann. Estes Park is the gateway to the Rocky Mountain National Park, and Gold Rush Coffee is a gateway to the Internet. Offering computer rental, Internet access, e-mail and live music on Wednesday evenings, Gold Rush Coffee is a definite must visit while in Estes Park.

The Ground Up Espresso Bar -- Located in Evergreen, The Ground Up Espresso Bar is owned and operated by Peter Moogk. With a view of the lake, and the occasional elk, The Ground Up Espresso Bar is well worth the 30-mile drive from Denver. Peter provides fresh baked goods and made from scratch panini sandwiches for your eating pleasure.

Corner Cup -- Located in Loveland, the Corner Cup is owned and operated by Colorado natives Kitty and Jack Moore. Located just across the corner from Loveland's Museum and Gallery, the Corner Cup is a great place to stop for a sandwich and mocha while touring downtown Loveland.

Comin' Ground the Mountain -- Located in Empire, Comin' Ground the Mountain is owned and operated by Heather and Mike Lopez. Housed in an 1870's mining cabin, Comin' Ground the Mountain is chock full of history and ambience. The giant cinnamon rolls with "mocha trio icing" are made from scratch daily as are all the baked goods offered by the Lopez's.

Java Moose Cafe -- Located in Winter Park, the Java Moose Cafe is owned and operated by Bridget Johnston and her husband Jeff. If you like moose, you will love the Java Moose Cafe. Everywhere you look, you will see moose in various forms. The relaxed, family atmosphere and friendly service at Java Moose will make you linger over your coffee - served in a moose mug of course.

Montague's Parlor -- Located in Colorado Springs, Montague's Parlor is owned and operated by Dave McIntosh and Jeff Weller. With a little help from their shared antique business, the parlour is filled with beautiful wing backs, brocade sofas, tea tables, lamps and clocks, most of which can be purchased. Dave and Jeff have created a not-to-miss espresso bar and tea room in the style of a British parlour at Montague's. Very civilized, indeed!

The Cornucopia Bakery and Cafe -- Located in Salida, The Cornucopia Bakery and Cafe is owned and operated by Paul and Karen Jordan. The tabletops at the Cornucopia Bakery and Cafe are painted by local artists, and additional examples of their work are hung on the walls. Everything at cornucopia is made from scratch and freshness is the number one priority. Join Paul and Karen for an artist's reception during the annual Salida Art Walk, or any time of the year, for fine coffees and teas, along with artistically handcrafted breads and pastries.
